1. Your Right to Cancel

Under UK and EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving your items — no questions asked.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unopened and unused

  • In its original packaging

  • Returned within 14 days from the delivery date

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined or subject to a partial refund.

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email us at support@ecobedding.uk with:

  • Your order number

  • The items you wish to return

  • The reason (optional)

We will respond with return instructions and the return address.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs (if paid) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@ecobedding.uk with:

  • A photo of the item and packaging

  • Your order number

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
